Preliminary draft of the written project

Here is a first (plan suggestion) draft for improvement of the written project as discussed today:

  1. Here is what we've agreed on so far.

    1.Intro
    2. Growing importance of social media: in general and for Dove
    3. Company: Company overview, Internal tool (Dove website) and external tools (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, mobile)

    The main frameworks will be Kozinet and Hoffman & Novak. These 2 models having been identify as being complementary, they will be used a basis for the analysis.
